This Certificate was issued in accordance with article 47 of the Radio Regulations 2001 edition and the Provision of the regulation IV/2 International Convention on STCW 1978, as amendment in 1995 and 2010, the appropriate recommendations of the International Maritime Organizations (IMO) on training of Radio Personnel for The Global Maritime Distress and Safety System (GMDSS).
The Holder is authorized to operate all ships with GMDSS equipment in area A1, A2, A3, and A4.
